INSTRUCTIONS:

ok, I tried to make these as simple as possible. Parts that aren't obvious where they go have a little symbol on them. Match the symbol with another part and you got it. I'd definitly recommend putting parts together once with plain paper just to get the idea of how it goes together. All lines fold "down" unless they're marked with an X, these fold "up".

I tried to make these templates as accurate to the forgeworld model as I could while still leaving them basic enough that you can detail them however you want.

I'D STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU NAB THE PICTURES OF THE ACTUAL MODEL OFF OF FORGEWORLD FOR REFRENCE!

They are what I made the templates from and studying them should allow you to see my reasoning for parts shape and design especialy for the head. The one thing I haven't modified from Pat's templates is the gunmount. I didn't have the time before I had to put construction on hold. I did scale them up to a size that should better fit my templates.

I'll be the first to admit that my templates are probably not accurate. I do feel that they are more accurate than previous versions. Please use your own judgement when fitting pieces together. The main problem I've found so far is in the feet. They seem really big especially when the armor is added to them. I'm not sure if they're actually too big or if it's just bigger than I'm used to. At the time I'm writting this I have not completed building my model so I can't say if I'll scale them down or not. As it is it will take too much work.

ERRATA:

For the leg joints I used:

1 5/8" plastic packing tube for the hips.
1" PVC tubing for the mid leg and ankle joints as well as an interior for the hips.
5/8" for the tube between the ankle and the foot ball.

-For the ball joints in the hips and the feet I used ping pong balls cut in half.

-There is no piece for the back of the head, you'll have to make your own

-some of the leg pieces have a part for the curved sections. This is for people making the model out of paper card. If you're doing it out of plastic they're not necessary.

-Depending on how you cut them, the shoulders do not fit snugly to the carapace. You're going to have to bodge and putty them.

I recommend looking on these templates as a guide for a warhounds underlying structure. Another layer of thin card is required to get even seams and good detail.

If you have any questions you can email me at jackdoud@hotmail.com, but I'd recommend trying to figure it out yourself or designing your own parts.
